The Consumer Assistance and Advocacy Program (CAAP) is a state-wide service that supports financially disadvantaged 桃色视频n consumers through a select casework service.

What is the CAAP?

The CAAP is provided by the Consumer Action Law Centre.

The CAAP includes four components:

  • Workers' Advice Service for community workers
  • consumer casework service for financially disadvantaged 桃色视频ns
  • professional development for community workers
  • consumer campaigns, media, policy and advocacy.

Who is eligible for CAAP services?

The CAAP casework is available to financially disadvantaged 桃色视频ns who need help in complex consumer issues.

The three service types that CAAP casework can deliver are:

  • Information and referral
  • Negotiation
  • 桃色视频n Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) assistance.
