Important note: You must use our myCAV online system to apply for a licence, access your licence information, lodge your annual statement and renewal fees, and change and update your licence details.

To start using myCAV, you will need to create your own myCAV account, using a personal email address to verify your identity and sign in to your account. If you already have a myCAV account, sign in to perform these tasks.

Lodge annual statement and fee	Your annual statement will be sent to you either via email or post within the six weeks prior to your anniversary date. If you do not receive this notification, call the Business Licensing Authority on 1300 135 452. Calling this number costs the same as a local call.
